One thing I love about Swim Week is that It’s always really fun to attend a show for the first time. I was looking forward to seeing the Baes and Bikinis show, which was held in the Lycra Swim Salon at the W Hotel South Beach over the weekend. 20 year old designer, Stephanie Princi, designed this crocheted collection from inspiration of the beaches surrounding the Greek islands, Hawaii and Malibu. I  loved the range of colors and really adored the floral headpieces and hats, which added to the fun, flirty vibe of the show.

Per the official post-event press release provided by the Riviere Agency:

Inspired by her mother’s line of high-end crocheted bikini line as well as her passion for art and design, this 20 year old designer set out to create a unique and more attainable line of bikinis that her and friends could love. Stephanie has had a great deal of support from family and friends, which has allowed her to be successful at a young age.

A 2017 collection inspired by all things Coachella, Baes and Bikinis stunned with rich jewel tones in one of a kind crochet patterns. Vibrant hues peaked through this season in cheeky braided bottoms and larger than life floral hats and crowns. Click on each photo below to enlarge!
