Q&A with the brand:
Q: How did In Style Swimwear get started?
A: The website was born in 2003. We started out of our 2-bedroom apartment, while working corporate jobs. The idea for the business was born when my husband and I were planning a late fall/early winter beach getaway and I was having a hard time shopping for a swimsuit on the east coast. I turned to shopping online and noticed that the options were slim at best. The few online stores that did sell swimwear had limited selections, shipping processes that took forever, strict “no return” policies or all of the above! This just baffled me! How could one purchase something as intimate as a bikini and not be able to return it if it doesn’t fit? Before we knew it, our apartment was overflowing with bikinis.
Q: Are you currently involved with any charitable causes in Philly?
A: We have collaborated with a few local Philadelphia charitable organizations in the past, donating boxes of hangers and helping out with different events. This month we are lending our mannequins and racks for a charitable auction that will be taking place. We’re eager to work with more charitable organizations in the area, especially those dealing with women’s health, and we hope to really increase participation this year.
Q: What is in store for InStyleSwimwear for the future?
A: We are always on the lookout for up-and-coming designers and continuously add unique and hard to find pieces to our growing selection. We plan on expanding into different categories as well, so definitely stay tuned!

A: This season, the Cutie Pie bikini by Lolli Swim has been extremely popular. It’s a gorgeous combination of denim and pink and mixes j
ust the right amount of flirty and sexy. Plus everyone’s loving its cheeky-cut back coverage!
