Just because it’s freezing throughout most of the country, that doesn’t mean you need to have pale Winter skin! I am completely obsessed with anything that comes with Spring/Summer makeup, and that includes becoming a bronze goddess. The safest way to do this as we know is though amazing self-tanners, bronzing powders, nude tones and cheek gels. I wanted to feature some of my absolute favorite items that provide that special glow, from the drugstore all the way to the high-end department stores. There are so many amazing products that you can find at stores like Walgreen’s, ULTA and CVS to mix with your higher end staples to help put your best face forward. So start shopping and become a sexy JLo-esque bronze goddess this summer!
These items below won’t break the bank and are available at CVS, ULTA, Walgreen’s and other drugstore chains. The lipstick & lip gloss below are absolute necessities for me during the summer. I keep one of each in my bag during the summer months because you can easily apply them without a mirror, and they give the perfect casual nude lip.
Get out the gold card, these items are on the pricier side: available in dept. stores like Bloomingdale’s, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom and the like. I have several NARS the Multiples, and St. Barts is one of my favorites! Mustique is also a great coral tone that looks fab with a tan. The YSL lipstick below is pricy, but wow, it is amazing and glides on like butter for a classic nude lip. Scott Barnes Body Glow is a true beauty cult classic, and I love dabbing it on my arms & shoulders for a special night out. Totally worth the investment!
