CX2 Project ~ Fusing Art and Fashion

cx2logoOne of the several boutiques being featured at Fashion Scene Miami on October 17th is CX2 Project. I had the pleasure of connecting with their publicist, Christine Procel-Cohen, principal of On Advertising & Public Relations. After viewing the press release & company Facebook page, I really loved their concept of fusing art & fashion, because often times the two overlap, creating an amazing one of a kind experience. With their unique style & trendy collections, I knew they would be a perfect fit for Fashion Scene Miami. I can hardly wait to see what pieces they bring to the event!

Located in Wynwood, CX2 Project carries lines for both men and women, with unique brands such as HEATHER, Cimber Jewelry and Christy’s of London Hats. Click here to view the gorgeous Holiday 2013 HEATHER look book. Their leggings, comfy dresses, cowl neck sweaters and leather pants are the perfect addition to your Winter wardrobe & I am really looking forward to visiting the boutique this weekend to do a little shopping of my own!

The official press release, provided by On Advertising and Public Relations, states that CX2 Project, a specialty boutique and art gallery is transcending the artsy neighborhood into a fashionable destination. In December 2012, CX2 Project proudly opened their doors as the first HEATHER fashion concept store to surface in the United States.

Founded and conceptualized by Carlos Marin, a Miami native with decades of experience in the fashion world, his vision was to infuse his appreciation for art and fashion into a single space.  “After representing various brands throughout the years, I felt it was time to showcase affordable classic brands such as HEATHER, as well as other local fashion labels and artists on the rise that have not yet received recognition for their creations,” says Marin.

CX2 Project is located in Wynwood at 171 NW 36th Street between NW 1st and NW 2nd Avenues.   Business hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m.- 7 p.m. For more information, please call 305.571.8068 or visit www.facebook.com/CX2Project.
