Lincoln Center & all of the fashion world for that matter is a buzz today with the launch of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2014. I am sad that I couldn’t make the trip this year, especially since I would have had a free place to stay (Thanks to my brother), but my mind is here in Miami. I am 6 short weeks away from Fashion Scene Miami, one of the most fabulous Fall events Miami has seen in quite some time. I’ve been working on this event with my amazing team since last Spring, and we can hardly wait to unveil what is in store…but more to come on that later! Running from September 5-12, there are more than 80 amazing designers who will be showcasing their Spring/Summer 2014 collections in New York for the next few days. I am especially looking forward to seeing what Marissa Webb will be showing, as I have been a fan of hers for quite some time.

Don’t fret if you can’t attend there are so many ways to keep up to date on all the events! Between following along on social media and streaming some of the shows live, you can feel as if you are right in the heart of all the fashion action. I will be following along one of my favorite bloggers, Vanessa, from Shopping, Savings & Sequins. I highly recommend checking her out! Also, don’t miss the media coverage of The New Fashion’s Night Out with hosts Style By Yvonne and True Vocal Vixen on September 7th. Bringing back one of fashion’s most exclusive VIP parties, I can hardly wait to see what these 2 fabulous ladies cook up. I know it is going to be a night to remember.
